Looking to the Future: Emerging Affluent Millennials
Presented by Ed Colet, Vice President Analytics, IXI Services, a division of Equifax Inc.
As banks look towards the future and work on setting the foundation for growth, a key part of the plan is better understanding the preferences and needs of their Millennial customers and how to identify which of those Millennial customers are on track to become affluent in the future. This “emerging affluent” pocket of the population should be a key area of focus for banks.
During this session, Equifax will discuss tips on how to identify affluent Millennial households within their customer base and gain ideas on how to market to these households to successfully foster and grow their relationships. The session will also explore:
- Insights into the financial behaviors and preferences of Millennials;
- Characteristics of Millennial households that make them likely to become affluent in the future;
- How to develop segmentation strategies based on likelihood for future growth; and
- Tips on how to nurture emerging affluent customers towards a trajectory of future growth.
