Delaware Recent Unemployment Legislation
HB 190 was
introduced on June 14, 2011. This is
the FY2012 state budget bill. It includes
an appropriation of state funds to pay the 2011 interest on the Title XII loan. If
the appropriation is approved employers will not be
billed in August, 2011 for their share of the interest payment.
