To help manage the need for compliance when hiring a new employee, Gordmans leverages the Compliance Center portal. The Compliance Center is designed to help streamline their onboarding compliance processes; while helping to create efficiencies and reduce costs. For example, Gordman’s added the I-9 and Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) bundle to this portal and had their WOTC screening performance jump from 54% to 100%…which tripled their WOTC credits!
