Hardee’s: Leveraging Equifax as a HR Solution Center
CKE (Hardee’s) is a company that comprises about 3,000 stores worldwide. Hardee’s is a fast food, quick service restaurant chain that is focused on service, cleanliness, and high quality food. With over 15,000 annual new hires across 12 states and 450 restaurants, they needed a system that would help automate their onboarding compliance processes. They needed an intuitive system that would offer a consistent process to better support the store managers efforts in collecting the required new hire documentation.
That’s where Equifax Workforce Solutions has played a role in helping to develope best practices and implement solutions to support the organization in the following areas: onboarding, I-9 Management, and Tax Credits and Incentives. Hardee’s was looking for a system that could both help the field managers with improved efficiency, and help the organization to reduce compliance risks.
