Nevada Recent Unemployment Legislation
AJR 9 was
enacted. This joint resolution urges
the United States Congress to enact the Unemployment Insurance Solvency Act of 2011. This
act was introduced by Congress to offer fiscal relief to the states that have borrowed
money from the Federal Government for the payment of unemployment benefits.
