Some themes that emerged during the 2015 HR Technology Conference, which just wrapped up its annual meetup, included streamlining the hiring process and catering to a more mobile workforce while remaining in alignment with evolving HR compliance standards. All About I-9 Anywhere
Leading up to the conference, I-9 Anywhere was named a Top HR Product of the Year by Human Resource Executive.

This marks Equifax’s second Product of the Year honor related to innovations in I-9 management, as the product also won a decade ago when the original electronic I-9 management offering launched. Lockman continued, “To mature a product and come back to meet the needs of a new labor force and the needs of employers is the most rewarding aspect.”

Pradhan continued, “We don’t want to be drinking our own Kool-Aid. We may think we have an innovative idea, but we need to hear candid feedback from clients before we know it is something to pursue.”
